Refund policy

Applicability
This policy applies to all purchases, licenses, subscriptions, updates, and support services for RisxnTweaks software products (“Software”), regardless of payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, or other). By completing any transaction, you unconditionally accept and agree to abide by every provision contained herein.

Scope & Definitions
“Software” refers to any executable code, scripts, installers, patches, configuration files, modules, or documentation provided by RisxnTweaks. “You” or “Buyer” means the individual or entity that purchases, installs, or uses the Software. “Access” includes any activation mechanism, license key, download link, or account credentials required to obtain or maintain the Software.

Final Sale; No Refunds
All purchases are final. Once payment is authorized and the Software or activation credentials are delivered, no refunds, credits, returns, or exchanges will be issued. This no-refund policy is absolute and applies even if the Software is uninstalled, fails to meet expectations, or is incompatible with your hardware or environment. You expressly waive any right to a refund under consumer protection, chargeback, or other dispute resolution mechanisms.

Chargeback Prohibition
By providing payment details, you certify that the payment method is owned or lawfully controlled by you, and you authorize full payment to RisxnTweaks. You further waive any right to initiate chargebacks, charge reversals, or payment disputes. Any attempt to reverse or dispute a charge will be met with immediate contestation, and you will be responsible for all associated administrative fees, legal costs, and damages incurred by RisxnTweaks.

Permanent System Changes
The Software implements deep, permanent modifications to system settings, registry entries, services, drivers, and network configurations. Uninstallation cannot restore the system to its original state. You acknowledge that these changes may persist indefinitely and do not entitle you to any refund or remediation.

Payment Authorization & Security
Credit/Debit Card: By clicking “Buy Now” and submitting your card details, you affirm that you are the authorized cardholder, the card is valid and in good standing, and sufficient funds are available.
PayPal & Other Gateways: By confirming payment through a third-party processor, you attest to lawful ownership of the associated account. You waive any and all rights to dispute or reverse payments for refund purposes.

Fraud Prevention & Account Integrity
RisxnTweaks employs monitoring and security measures to detect unauthorized access, account sharing, credential leaks, and suspicious activity. If you are found to have obtained access via illicit channels (leaked license keys, unauthorized resellers, alternate or shared accounts), we reserve the right to immediately revoke your access without notice or refund. Continued abuse may lead to legal action.

Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RisxnTweaks disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. You assume full responsibility for choosing the Software and determining its suitability.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall RisxnTweaks, its affiliates, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from or related to the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitations of liability, these exclusions may not fully apply.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RisxnTweaks and its representatives from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Software, violation of this policy, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Policy Updates
RisxnTweaks reserves the right to modify or update this Customer & Refund Policy at any time. Revised versions will be posted at https://risxntweaks.com/refund-policy and will apply to purchases made after the effective date. Your continued use of the Software following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Entire Agreement & Severability
This policy, together with any applicable license agreement or terms of service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and RisxnTweaks concerning refunds and related matters. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
