Terms of Service

1. Applicability

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all RisxnTweaks software products, websites, services, and related content (collectively, "Services"). The Software is a computer optimization tool designed to improve system performance by applying registry tweaks, debloating applications, adjusting power plans, and fine-tuning hardware settings. By installing, accessing, or using any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. License Grant

RisxnTweaks grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not sublicense, distribute, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Services to any third party.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including all intellectual property rights) are owned by RisxnTweaks or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Services except for the limited license granted above.

5. Payment & No-Refund Policy

All fees for paid Services are due in full before access is granted. Except as expressly provided in a separate written agreement, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, returns, or chargebacks will be permitted. See our Customer & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Termination

RisxnTweaks may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that RisxnTweaks believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or RisxnTweaks itself. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease all use of the Services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind. RisxnTweaks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RisxnTweaks and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RisxnTweaks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

10. Policy Updates

RisxnTweaks may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at https://risxntweaks.com/terms. Continued use of the Services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
