Explanation: CPU Idle is disabled, your cpu is not actually on 100% this is a visual glitch with task manager. If you are air cooled use the 100% cpu usage batch file to re enable cpu idle because it can cause overheating issues. If you are liquid cooled leave this on, it gives you much lower delay/latency and better overall performance.

If you get an error like this, create a HWID Reset ticket and send a screenshot of the program saying invalid license key for a new WORKING key.

If you get an error like this you need to download the latest VC Redist. Once you have installed this restart your pc and the program will work like normal.

Used the tweak and want your xbox app / xbox game bar back? Use this file, use option 2 first, then use option 1. Restart your pc and your xbox services will be reenabled.

Download this file, run it as administrator then restart your computer.

Make sure you have these installed first:

• .NET Framework 4.8
• Visual C++ Redistributable

Try executing these commands:

Open CMD as admin and copy each line and paste.

Find the Windows Management Instrumentation service and make it startup automatically and start it.

Please keep in mind neither of these issues are caused by risxntweaks!

This occurs if you use tweaks that just disable the antivirus services without actually disabling the core! This can also occur from windows corruption in which case we recommend a factory reset.

Here's the fix, download this file. Then extract it and run the file inside of it as administrator. Keep in mind you NEED to extract it from the compressed folder and run as administrator. Let it load until it automatically closes and restart your pc. In most cases it will fix the issue but if it doesn't fix your issue, your windows is too far gone and you need to factory reset.

Instructions

Download one of the iso files from above ^, once it's downloaded run the iso by double clicking it. Then double click on the setup file and go through with the prompt. If it says anything about losing features just click ok.
